We began working with Melissa as we were casually looking to move from our townhome into a single family home. She took us to 20+ houses and learned from experience and figured out what we were looking for before we even knew. Eventually, she found us the perfect house and assisted us with both the negotiations and securing financing. Once we found the house, she quickly pivoted into getting our house ready for sale! She did anything she could to help, and even went to Home Depot to get us extra weather stripping for our door which she helped us install. She has great contacts and put together a showing that stood out wonderfully online and in person. She was always down to run an open house and managed to sell our place in a tough market for townhomes! We would definitely recommend using Melissa both on the buy and the sale side!

Christie is a professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent. She was there for me from the beginning. Assisted me through my decision whether to move to the area and then toured my husband and I through homes until we found exactly what we’d envisioned. Christie then dealt with a Very difficult purchase and closing that required vast knowledge of negotiating tools and the ability to read both sides throughout the process. I couldn’t have been more impressed. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a real estate purchase or sale!

If you need a realtor Christie is the one. She’s professional, knowledgeable, hard-working and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. She constantly went above and beyond what was expected. Even weeks after our closing my wife will text Christie with a question about landscapers, plumbers, etc and will get an answer immediately. We gained not only a realtor but also a friend. We relocated from the Midwest to the Charlotte area for work. I had visited Charlotte a few times, but my wife had never been to Charlotte. During a visit to decide if we would accept the relocation, Christie took my wife on a tour of the market for her to understand various communities and housing in the area. The tour was very helpful and we accepted the relocation. On our next visit to Charlotte we intended to buy a house. Christie set up two days of showings. Christie understood my wife’s style and housing requirements so well that we found our perfect house and made an offer on the second day of the tour. It was accepted and then the work began. Christie scheduled and attended all of the inspections since we had returned to the Midwest. Buying a house is a complicated process. Christie was there during every aspect of the transaction helping, offering advice or solving problems. She was hands-on and it looked to us that we were her only client, which we know wasn’t the case. Our closing was on time and well orchestrated. We couldn’t be happier with Christie as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home.

My partner and I recently moved from Raleigh to an apartment in South End in Charlotte, and we immediately knew that this was the city where we wanted to put down roots! However, we had no idea where to begin and wanted to work with a professional who knew the city like the back of their hand - and that, of course, is Ashley Askew. Not only does she have excellent professional knowledge of each of the different neighborhoods in Charlotte, but she's lived in many of them, too. This was really helpful for us since we wanted to get an educated tour and local feel of each neighborhood before focusing in on where our best fit would be. Our home search with Ashley felt extremely personalized to us, and we felt that she was the perfect balance of being informative and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. She really let us go through our entire process, and in the end we bought our dream home (and at $30,000 under asking!) She made the entire process feel effortless — from the initial search to closing — and we would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor.

I really can't say enough good things about Karen. She is dependable, trustworthy, and one of the most considerate people I've met. Her thoughtfulness and attention to each part of the process helped simplify and ease selling my house and my move to Georgia. She always answered all of my questions thoroughly and skillfully and was quick to address any concerns as well as the minor hiccups that occurred during the process of getting my house ready to sell and listing it. I highly recommend her to anyone planning to sell a house in the Charlotte area.

Relocating across the country could have been overwhelming, but working with Katie made it smooth and stress-free. Despite the time zone difference and our busy schedules, she stayed incredibly flexible and responsive, always finding time to connect. Katie was knowledgeable, proactive, and truly went above and beyond—touring homes on our behalf and FaceTiming us so we could “walk through” each one remotely. She helped us learn about each Charlotte neighborhood/area to find the perfect fit and quickly coordinated contractors to provide estimates, helping us fully understand what our property would need to make it our home!
