Suzanne has been with Cottingham Chalk since 2001 and brings over 30 years of real estate experience to her position as Relocation Director. She holds a Certified Relocation Professional® designation which demonstrates her commitment to being at the top of her profession. Her responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with corporations and relocation management companies, counseling transferees, training our team of relocation agents, and seeking new business opportunities for the department. Suzanne is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (WERC), Relocation Directors Council® (RDC) and past President of the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council (CMARC). She is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina.
Melissa joined the Cottingham Chalk team in 2019, bringing with her many years of experience in marketing, program development and client services to the department. As Relocation Coordinator, she is primarily responsible for managing and growing our broker-to-broker business and is involved daily with assessing the needs of corporate transferees. Having relocated to the Charlotte area in 2009, Melissa knows first-hand how exciting a move to our beautiful city can be. With her attention to detail and eagerness to assist, you can be certain that your relocation will be handled in the most professional manner. She is a licensed broker in North Carolina.
