Grant is a longtime friend of mine and did a superb job of helping me find a new apartment as a part of my move to Charlotte.

What I appreciated most about Grant was that he was able to help me figure out what I was looking for in a home -- and then help me find exactly the right place. He was patient and always ready to answer questions. Made the process simple and stress-free!

How can I sum up my experience with Grant there was absolutely no time crunch felt-- he even met me for lunch before looking so we could meet in person and talk a bit before. He kept track of our schedule and showed up MUCH more prepared-- notepad and pertinent questions-- to see each apartment and talk to the staff. Grant was a sure and trustworthy guide throughout the homebuying process. He was proactive with his suggestions and responsive to our questions or concerns.
