It has been a few years since I relocated to the Charlotte area and I am still impressed with the service we received from Chris Black all these years later. She welcomed us to the community from the moment we first visited, was extremely knowledgeable about the city and receptive and responsive to our needs. All while making sure we were doing the right things. Once we found the perfect neighborhood for us she was also brilliant in negotiations, as she once remarked “an iron fist in a velvet glove,” she was firm but ever so nice and always just a joy to be around.

I don’t typically write reference letters however, I wanted to let you know what a great experience we have had over the many years with our real estate agent Chris Black. We first met Chris when we were in the process of relocating from Raleigh to Charlotte NC.
