Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Callie Kelly began her real estate career in Charlotte after graduating from Wake Forest University in 2002. She chose to join the team of seasoned agents at Cottingham Chalk because of their dedication to professionalism, industry knowledge and drive to exceed clients’ expectations of both service and integrity.

Over the past 22 years, Callie’s impeccable work ethic, solution-based approach to negotiations and keen attention to detail have contributed to her consistently achieving top producer status within the company. Since starting at Cottingham Chalk, Callie has closed over $470 million in sales and for the past 6 years has been awarded Sales Associate of the Year.

Callie, her husband and their two children currently reside in the ever-popular neighborhood of Myers Park. She is actively engaged in the community, at her children’s schools and through her volunteer work at the Mint Museum and Opera Carolina.
