I am thrilled to be a part of Cottingham Chalk as a real estate professional! With a background deeply rooted in community building and family-centric values, I am excited to help you in the process of finding a home you love. Growing up on family land in Gaston County, I was taught the importance of being a good neighbor and fostering a sense of community among others. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, which connected me even further to the intricacies of relationships and family dynamics.
For over 9 years, I dedicated my career to directly supporting families in various capacities, from in-home clients to working in European preschools, domestically and internationally. I further extended my impact by collaborating with public schools in North and South Carolina, contributing to the development and well-being of students. My professional journey expanded excitingly into marketing, business development, and public relations from major corporate companies to start-up initiatives, providing me with a unique skill set to approach real estate with strategy and creative energies.
In addition to my work in the real estate sector, I have actively engaged in non-profit organizations, aligning with my passion for heart-centered work and community service. My diverse cultural exposure has allowed me to work closely with individuals ranging across 33 different countries and 6 continents.
As a native to the area, I am thrilled to bring my wealth of knowledge to clients interested in Charlotte, as well as Gaston County’s Belmont, McAdenville, and Gastonia. Charlotte, a flourishing city, excites me, and I am ecstatic to guide you through the real estate journey. My heart-centered approach, coupled with a deep understanding of family needs and a keen eye for diverse cultures, positions me as a reliable partner in your real estate endeavors. Whether you are a local resident or new to the area, let's embark on this exciting journey together, finding the perfect home that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations!

Fun Facts
- After countless interviews, joining Cottingham Chalk was a no-brainer. Operating within a culture of family values and "The Golden Rule" in mind, Cottingham Chalk has far exceeded my expectations in the brokerage I call home.
- Everywhere I turn, there is something new to learn about a neighborhood or happenings in the area. Charlotte's foundation is solid, creating a great place for individuals and families to thrive in a flourishing environment.
- To me, travel is about learning to embrace cultures through the lens of a local. My best friend is German, and I lived with her in Köln; it was amazing! Germany and Aruba hold sweet places in my heart.
- I have always been involved in sports! I played a sport year-round for as long as I can remember until college. Indoor court volleyball is the team sport I miss most, and learning hunter-jumper on horseback has been the most recent and exciting!
- Most people would never guess that I solo road tripped across the country, camping in a one person backpacking tent with a car full of "necessities" and a Washington State destination. I lived both in an artist collective with 7 roommates and on a farm in a 160-sf “tiny cabin” situated literally in a cow pasture. It was an incredible two years!
