As a native Charlottean, I have enjoyed watching Charlotte grow and evolve into the wonderful city that it is. I have experienced the growth and change of the Charlotte real estate market firsthand, and am here to share my knowledge with my clients. In addition, I absolutely love to share why I am happy to call the Queen City “home” with others – there are so many lovely neighborhoods ready to showcase their unique characteristics and welcome you home.
Prior to real estate, I attended UNC-Chapel Hill where I studied Elementary Education. After working as a classroom teacher for a number of years and getting my master’s degree, I became a corporate trainer and account executive. My passion to help others learn and grow is part of what drove me to the real estate industry. My strong negotiation skills paired with being a strong communicator and listener help shape who I am as an agent. I thrive on developing lasting relationships with all, and through the mutual deep understanding of my client’s goals, passions, and dreams, I look forward to helping you find a home to create those memories and experiences.
Home is where the heart is. It is more than its four walls. Buying and selling a home can be the start of new beginnings. A home can bring about exciting changes and second chances, and probably most notably be full of memorable moments. My role is to help navigate through the buying and selling process to find you the perfect place to continue your story.

I am grateful to be in the business of helping clients achieve their home buying, building, selling, or investing goals. While real estate dealings are often one of life's biggest transactions and most important investments, the process does not need to be hard.
My goal is to remove stress and complications, create a personalized experience and offer continuous guidance and wonderful customer service throughout the entire process while remembering a home is more than its four walls. A home is where love resides, memories are created, friends always belong, and laughter never ends.

- Cottingham Chalk is a gem of a workplace. It is a place where agents help each other on a daily basis to give our clients the very best in customer service. Ultimately, it is family.
- I have called Charlotte home for over 20 years, and even when I wasn't physically living here, my heart always longed to be in this city that is always looking ahead and has so much to offer.
- My favorite vacation spot is anywhere on the water. We have a family home in Topsail Beach, frequently visit Charleston, and have fond memories in Aruba.
- We got married on Pinehurst Course No. 2 and "The Cradle of American Golf" continues to be one of my family's most special places. We are fortunate to have a condo in the heart of this gem of a town and visit often.
- I participated in Outward Bound in graduate school where I lived in the woods for a week. This experience was not only adventurous and unpredictable, it was unforgettable and taught me so much.
